From contacting your insurance company to inspecting your property to scheduling, they do it all! We needed a new roof after ours was damaged in a storm and from beginning to end our sales replanted all the details and kept us updated daily. Our install was scheduled for a Friday but it rained. They rescheduled for Saturday and started early, worked steady, and the new roof was in place in about 7 hours. It looks great! Special care was taken by the crew during cleanup and when they left the property the only indication that they had been there was a very well done new roof. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience and will definitely recommend All-Tite to family and friends.
Took a while for the manufacturer to deliver the product, but Charles put his All-Tite team on it and made the install process look like a well-oiled machine. His team was fast, professional, and careful to clean up the mess. We have a very large roof with many challenging angles, and still his team knocked it out in just 2 days. The roof looks fantastic and we are completely happy with the work done. We even had a small shed with a failed flat roof, which his team rebuilt with all new framing sheathing, and siding. Over the top customer service, which was greatly appreciated.
